Ramping up for Fall

Great happenings for this fall! Number one on the list is assignment of Krystal Rankhorn of UTeach to work with us via the internship program.

Opportunities and ideas are already in the works and we’re reconnecting with folks who met us last year.
An email came in from Charles Freeman:

I was at the Oakwood Cemetery last year for the Murder, Mayhem and Misadventure event. There was a cool wooden plumb line with a skull attached to it that was part of a demonstration. I was able to get one and I gave it to a math instructor where I work at ACC. If possible, I’d like to get a couple more for some of the other math instructors to use in class. As you can guess, it is a big hit with the students, as well.

Its great to know that we can help ACC teachers, share this fun gadget and contribute just a little to their program.
