We had a great time at Buda Library building the Scott Kim blocks! The event was a part of the Spring programming.

MathHappens Interns, Alexa Hernandez Lopez and Jaiden Suda traveled to the library to showcase the Scott Kim blocks. With the help of 2 library volunteers, Alexa and Jaiden guided two groups of 15-20 children through 2 fun mathematical activities. Building their own set of Scott Kim blocks and doing the bubble tiles activity.

The students got to showcase their creativity by different animals and shapes with their set of Scott Kim blocks. We look forward to more fun at the Buda Library!
