The Buda Public Library is located right in City Hall
MathHappens Foundation sponsored math kits to take home and keep as well as, and we also developed 5 themed kits to check out and return which will all debut at the Math All Around Us event.
Professor Jennifer Austin from University of Texas is going to present live and answer questions about being a mathematician. Don’t miss it!
Here’s a comment from the librarian Jun 16, 3 months later:
“The Math Kits are doing great! They have been consistently checked out since they were released. ….We’d love to add to our collection! It seems that none of the MathHappens bags have holds on them so I don’t think we need duplicates at this time but if you have ideas for new bags, that would be wonderful!”
