What and who is at the Millenium Math Area?
MathHappens Team:  Alexa Hernandez-Lopez, Jaiden Suda, Kriti Magar, and Dayanara Renteria launched this space with mentor Matt Hertel.  All our staff are taking spots in the rotation.

We also feature a carpet to play with a Jumbo Blocks Jr. set, a Julia Robinson Math Festival maze mat, optical illusions for photos, and a great selection of puzzles, activities and interactive models.

Open on Thursdays 12 -6pm and Saturdays 12 – 6pm, and great for all ages, MathHappens @ The Millennium is a joint project of MathHappens, The City of Austin, owner of the Millennium and Breakthrough Austin who connected us with our interns who are students at Texas State University.  We are bringing our favorite funnest activities to the atrium area where any member of the community can come play for free, learn some interesting math and meet some.  For just $5 per child or $6 per adult you can also get a great workout skating!

.  We are excited to spread the word!  The Millennium Youth Entertainment Complex is located at 1156 Hargrove Street, Austin TX 78702.  Everyone is welcome!

What do we mean by Favoritee Games and Activities?  Here are some (but not all):
