At Math Happens at Play Sharity, our facilitators work alongside children to make math fun, engaging, and meaningful. Facilitators ask guiding questions, encourage exploration, and support kids as they discover math through play and hands-on activities.

In October, Math Happens at Play Sharity participated in a Día de Muertos community event. This vibrant celebration brought families together through music, art, and cultural traditions, creating a joyful and welcoming environment for learning. Our facilitators connected math concepts to games and activities that felt playful and accessible, sparking curiosity and excitement among the children. The event was filled with laughter, creativity, and meaningful interactions, showing how math can be experienced as a shared, enjoyable part of community life.
